In a move to further support start-ups, e-commerce businesses and IT companies seeking specialized legal advice on international projects, US law firm of CyberlawStudio and Brazilian law firm of COTS Advogados (COTS Attorneys-at-law) announced that they have entered into a collaboration agreement after several years of cooperating on various multinational projects.
