I am a Brazilian lawyer specializing in internet and e-commerce law.  I have over 10 years of experience in managing legal departments of companies related to technology, e-business and international projects. I advise various companies and organizations (local and/or international) on legal matters relating to technology.

For more than a decade, I have also worked extensively in the area of digital law (the legal rights and restrictions governing technology use) as a legal counselor, a researcher and a professor. I have also helped and guided companies through the legal matters of digital projects in Russia, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, USA, Italy, England, Israel and Malta.

Clients I work with include Cennarium, a digital entertainment company based in Brazil that records and distributes  world-class theater, opera and dance productions worldwide with HD quality through various channels such as Vimeo, and Deezer, the Paris-based web music streaming services that allows users to listen to music content from record labels including EMI, Sony, Universal Music Group , and Warner Music Group on various devices online or offline.
